Ralph J. Kelly

Ralph Kelly has more than 25 years experience handling a wide range of complex litigation matters from contractual disputes and business torts to professional malpractice matters and real estate related litigation including title claims. He also has extensive experience in employment law where he regularly counsels employers and employees and litigates cases involving discrimination, disability, ERISA, and other areas. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Kelly's active trial practice includes both federal and state courts and various administrative and arbitration tribunals.

A former partner in Dilworth Paxson and a shareholder at Abrahams Loewenstein and Bushman, Kelly is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of St. Joseph's University.
