Donna Brennan-Scott

Donna Brennan-Scott handles general litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both the state and federal courts. Her practice covers the entire spectrum of litigation including contracts, real estate disputes, lis pendens, employment law, negligence, personal injury, family law and criminal defense. Prior to joining the firm, she was employed as a commercial litigation associate at Abrahams, Loewenstein & Bushman and as a general practitioner with the law firm of Rendine & McConeghy. Additionally, she serves extensively as Judge Pro Tempore and Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Brennan-Scott earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2002 where she was on the Dean's List and was distinguished for her performance as a quarterfinalist in the Honorable James Hunter III Advanced Moot Court Competition. She received the Honorable James Hunter III Advanced Moot Court Award for Best Top Ten Brief as well as the Class of 2002 IL Legal Writing Award. She was also the recipient of a Pro Bono Publico Award for her valuable service to the Community Dispute Resolution Center Mediation Project.

Ms. Brennan-Scott is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association and Brehon Law Society.
