Conrad O. Kattner

Conrad Kattner helps clients successfully resolve complex litigation and business disputes. Before joining the McShea Firm in 2004, he was Assistant General Counsel to Exelon Corporation and PECO Energy Company in Philadelphia, PA. He served as counsel of record for the company in several hundred litigated matters, including trials to verdict and appeals to decision. Cases have included civil RICO, financing, fiduciary duties, electric contact, fire, gas, pole strikes, construction disputes, insurance coverage, carbon monoxide exposure, employment discrimination, indemnity issues, death, catastrophic injury, property damage, and economic loss claims. He formerly practiced with LaBrum & Doak, where he achieved six defense verdicts in major trials and appeals and handled litigated cases from investigation, evaluation, pleadings, discovery, motions, briefing, use of experts, trial and appellate advocacy. He served as an appellate law clerk with Hon. Sydney J. Hoffman, Pennsylvania Superior Court, and received his law degree from Vermont Law School, where he was a member of the law review and first in his class.

He is a member of the Bar Pennsylvania (1981), USDC EDPa (1983) and US Supreme Court (1999). He has served as a court annexed settlement master, and delivered advanced continuing legal education seminars.
