Anthony M. Mirabile Jr.

Tony Mirabile joined the McShea Firm directly out of law school, and he focuses his practice in the areas of product liability and business litigation. He has represented companies sued in personal injury actions, including a national weight loss center in fen phen litigation, and major power generation companies in litigation arising out of exposure to asbestos. Tony has been responsible for successful outcomes on both sides of the bar in a variety of legal disciplines and in disparate factual situations, including copyright, trademark, cyperpiracy, construction law, contracts, auto accidents, slip-and-fall, and under the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. Mr. Mirabile received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 and obtained his law degree from Temple University in 1999. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
